Member Status resets January 1 each year. Everyone begins the new year at Passing Through. Status is earned at 1 point per $1 at every level, so the spend needed to reach each tier is the same for everyone. The higher earn rate applies to the points you redeem for rewards.

Is Detroit 75 Rewards free?
Yes. Detroit 75 Rewards is free to join and free to use.
How do I earn points?
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on a direct Detroit 75 order. That includes orders placed in the Detroit 75 app, on our ordering site, or directly at either restaurant.
Your earn rate goes up with your Member Status. Passing Through earns 1 point per $1, Regulars earn 1.2, and Family earns 1.4.
Points are added after your order is completed.
Do delivery app orders earn points?
No. Orders placed through third-party delivery apps do not earn Detroit 75 Rewards points, and rewards cannot be redeemed through those platforms.

Can I earn and redeem at both Detroit 75 locations?
Yes. Your Detroit 75 Rewards account works at both Fort Street and Madison Heights.
How do I redeem a reward?
Available rewards appear in your Rewards wallet.
Choose an eligible reward when ordering ahead, or pull up your Rewards account when ordering at the restaurant.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Unused point balances reset on December 31 each year.
We’ll remind you before the end of the year so you have time to use what you’ve earned.
How does Member Status work?
Your Member Status is based on qualifying points earned during the calendar year.
Everyone starts at Passing Through. Earn 250 qualifying points to reach Regulars and 600 qualifying points to reach Family.
Qualifying points are earned at 1 point per $1 at every level, so the spend needed to reach each tier is the same for everyone. The higher earn rate that comes with Regulars and Family applies to the points you redeem for rewards.
Higher status unlocks additional member perks.
Does redeeming points lower my Member Status?
No. Your reward balance and Member Status progress are separate.
Redeeming points for rewards does not reduce the qualifying points you’ve earned toward Regulars or Family.
When does Member Status reset?
Member Status resets on January 1 each year.
Everyone begins the new calendar year at Passing Through and can earn their way back into Regulars or Family.
How does the birthday reward work?
Add your birthday to your account and a Fresh Strawberry Lemonade reward will appear in your wallet at the beginning of your birthday month.
You’ll have the entire month to use it.
Do I need the Detroit 75 app?
No. You can join, earn points and redeem rewards through our ordering site or at either Detroit 75 restaurant.
The app is the easiest place to see your points, rewards and Member Status in one place.
Can I use more than one reward or offer on the same order?
No. One reward or promotional offer may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
