About

Detroit 75 Kitchen is a family-owned Detroit restaurant and catering brand created by brothers Mike and Ahmad Nassar. What started in a kitchen next to a truck stop has grown into a nationally acclaimed destination known for made-from-scratch sandwiches, hand-cut fries, and the kind of food people travel for.

Our original flagship remains at the heart of the brand, now joined by a full-service restaurant and a catering operation built for corporate events, food trucks, and live sandwich bars. Online, Chef Mike shares approachable recipes, honest restaurant insight, and the standards behind the food with one of the largest communities of any independent restaurant brand.
