Common questions
Can we have our event at your place?
Yes. Both locations have a patio available for exclusive use, up to 80 guests, with no rental fee above the food and drink minimum. Private Events.
What areas do you cater?
Across Metro Detroit from our two kitchens in Detroit and Madison Heights. Group catering delivery is available within 15 miles of our Madison Heights kitchen for a $35 fee, and orders beyond that may carry a travel charge.
Is Detroit 75 Kitchen catering halal?
Yes. Every item we serve is 100% halal certified, at both locations and across every catering format.
How much does catering cost?
Group catering has a $375 minimum food order Monday to Friday, or $675 Saturday before 6pm. On-site events start at $2,000 for the Craft Sandwich Bar and $3,200 for the Original Food Truck. Those figures cover the event menu and two hours of live service, with no service charge on top. The bigger the group, the less it works out to per head.
How far in advance should I book?
For group catering, at least 24 hours, and earlier for larger orders and peak dates. On-site events need more lead time, since a 50% deposit secures the date.
Can you handle dietary needs in one order?
Yes. Both shawarmas can be prepared vegan or gluten-free, the Russell Street Veggie and all three fry options can be prepared vegan, and every item is 100% halal certified. Tell us the allergy notes with your request.
