What this site is
An information site for Detroit 75 Kitchen: our menu, locations, hours, catering services and journal. Food orders are placed through a separate ordering system with its own terms.
Estimates are not quotes
The catering estimate tool gives a planning figure based on what you tell it. It is not a quote, a reservation, or a confirmed booking. Pricing, availability and the final scope of any event are confirmed by a member of our catering team before anything is agreed.
Prices and minimums shown on this site can change. Menu items, availability and hours can change. We keep the site current, but if something here conflicts with what our team tells you directly, what our team tells you is correct.
Ordering and payment
Retail orders are placed through Appfront, our ordering platform at order.detroit75kitchen.com, and are governed by that platform's terms as well as these. Catering is arranged directly with our team, and terms for a specific event are set out in writing at the time of booking.
Allergies and dietary requirements
Every item we serve is 100% halal certified. We prepare food in kitchens that handle a range of ingredients, and we cannot guarantee that any item is free from a given allergen. If you have an allergy, tell us before ordering and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do.
Our content
The text, photographs, recipes, logos and design on this site belong to Detroit 75 Kitchen. You are welcome to link to us and to quote us with attribution. Journalists can use the logo and photographs in our press kit for coverage of Detroit 75 Kitchen without asking us first. Anything else, ask us.
