Rewards terms

Membership

Detroit 75 Rewards is free to join. Membership is open to individuals aged 13 and over, is personal to you, and is for personal, non-commercial use. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your login secure.

Earning points

You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on a direct Detroit 75 order. A direct order is one placed in the Detroit 75 app, on our ordering site, or in person at either restaurant, with your Rewards account attached to the order.

Your earn rate depends on your Member Status. Passing Through members earn 1 point per $1, Regulars earn 1.2 points per $1, and Family members earn 1.4 points per $1. The increased rate applies from the date you reach that status and for as long as you hold it.

Points are credited once the order is completed. Taxes, gratuity, delivery and service charges, and gift card purchases do not earn points.

Orders placed through third-party delivery platforms do not earn points, and rewards cannot be redeemed on those platforms.

If you forget to attach your account at the time of an order, contact us within 14 days with your receipt and we will do our best to credit the points.

Redeeming rewards

Available rewards appear in your Rewards wallet. Choose an eligible reward when ordering ahead, or pull up your Rewards account when ordering at the restaurant.

One reward or promotional offer may be used per order unless otherwise stated, and rewards may not be combined with other offers or promotions. Individual rewards may carry their own expiration window, which is shown in your wallet.

Rewards have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash, and are void where prohibited. Redeemed rewards are not refundable, including on a cancelled or refunded order.

Point expiration

Unused point balances reset on December 31 each year. We will remind you before the end of the year so you have time to use what you have earned.

Member Status

Member Status is based on qualifying points earned during the calendar year. Everyone starts at Passing Through. Earning 250 qualifying points reaches Regulars, and 600 qualifying points reaches Family.

Qualifying points are earned at 1 point per $1 at every status level. The increased earn rate that comes with Regulars and Family applies to the points available to redeem for rewards, not to qualifying points, so the spend required to reach each status is the same for every member.

Redeeming points for rewards does not reduce your qualifying points or your Member Status progress.

Member Status resets on January 1 each year. All members begin the new calendar year at Passing Through and earn their way back. Status benefits are available only while you hold that status, and unused status benefits do not carry over.

Merchandise rewards

Merchandise rewards are fulfilled by in-store pickup and are subject to availability of styles and sizes. Where a specific item is unavailable, Detroit 75 Kitchen may substitute an item of comparable value or offer an alternative reward.

Communications

Joining Detroit 75 Rewards includes transactional messages about your account, your points and your rewards. Marketing email and SMS are optional and you may opt out at any time. SMS message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for support.

Changes, suspension and closing accounts

Detroit 75 Kitchen may change, suspend or end the program, adjust point values, reward availability and status thresholds, or modify these terms at any time. Where a change materially affects earned points or status, we will give reasonable notice through the app, email or this page.

Accounts showing fraud, abuse of the program, or misuse of rewards may be suspended or closed, and points and rewards in those accounts forfeited. You may close your account at any time, which forfeits any unused points and rewards.
